About This Item

The celebrated white grape variety of France’s Chablis, Burgundy and Macon regions is widely grown in the New World where it has often been associated with winemakers’ heavy-handed use of oak.

This young vibrant Chardonnay focuses entirely on the varietal possibility of cool-climate, gently handled white wine. Un-oaked and entirely stainless steel fermented, temperatures were maintained low enough to prevent the malo-lactic fermentation. The result is a beautifully preserved balance of natural grape acids and a profusion of aromas reminiscent of white peach, star jasmine and honeysuckle.

Palate-cleansing acidity provides a very long mouthwatering finish. This is a game-changer for those who think they don’t like Chardonnay!
